What Is Covered

• Workmanship defects: Any issue resulting from errors in installation, craftsmanship, or construction technique
• Structural integrity: Issues caused by our renovation work, including framing and load-bearing modifications
• Plumbing and electrical installation: Leaks, connections, and wiring integrity for work performed by our licensed trades
• Tile and surface installation: Cracked grout, loose tiles, or lifting flooring caused by improper installation

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Materials supplied by the client rather than sourced by us
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or lack of maintenance
• Work performed by another contractor on the renovated area after our completion

How to Make a Claim

Contact us through our contact form with a description and photos of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and schedule an inspection within 3 business days. Covered repairs are completed at no cost, typically within 5–10 business days.
